World of Fear-craft: The Terror Crusade
No, it’s not about a MMORPG game or anything that’s related to the computer. It has to do with the most perversely conjured plan of this world’s head of states, the ultimate game of fear. Unfortunately, in the recent years, I have lived to see the malignant influence of the grand USA upon my nation’s way of thinking, and I’m sad to say that our beloved compatriots have fallen to the American way of living, thinking and acting.
Why fear? Because it reminds me somehow of the brain-washing phenomenon which has occurred in our country at the beginning of the communist regime, the Pitesti phenomenon. There, under fearsome and incredibly sadistic tortures, the students which were arrested as “enemies of the state” were being “rehabilitated” through a demonic, twisted plan of annihilating their personalities, their morality, their very human fabric. Not only they were subjects for countless tortures invented by the sadistically intelligent inmate Turcanu, but they were also obliged to confess things they had never done in their life, things that were meant to throw dirt onto their past and most important, upon their families; in the end, they were considered “re-educated” when they tortured their best friend in the prison, the passage from a human to a beast being complete. But, as communism failed, and as capitalism had to hold firmly the grip upon the “free” population, fear had to become the proper tool for manipulating, leading and misleading the herd of mankind.
How to impose fear? Simple: buy yourself as many televisions you can and prey upon the ever-hungry demand for blood, crime, terrorist attacks and natural disasters. Don’t let the population have a moment of break: assault them with worrying news about the ever rising price of petrol, the fluctuations in the world market which could lead to a new crash, the aliens and their aggressive assaults and countless other means for them to see a world on the brink of destruction, offer them an Apocalyptic vision about the future so they wouldn’t worry about the present, the actual time when something can be done. Let them worry about the future, when now you can render them blind to what you’re doing. Who cares that some head of state was hand in hand with the Saudis when you can show the public the horrors of the World Trade Center? Who wants to know that America is responsible for overthrowing a democratically elected regime in Chile when the communist enemy is at your border, waiting for a proper moment to strike the nation’s soil with nukes? All in all, who gives a flying fuck about America being the only country at this day that single-handedly attacked countless nations in the world (in the name of democracy, of course…), when another so-called terrorist attack was unveiled and its participants were arrested? Through induced fear, the American leadership managed to do something that outweighs by far any other pitiful attempt of the Russian-inspired commies: herding without physical violence, manipulating without torture.
In the book entitled “Fenomenul Pitesti”, written by Virgil Ierunca, the mechanism of psychical torture was revealed as being perfected in the Chinese side of communism: the prisons in Pekin rarely applied direct punishment on the inmates’ bodies but in return the psychical pressure was relentless, 24/7, the convicted having no time to think for themselves, being constantly pushed, shouted at, spitted, insulted and driven to alter their perception upon their very existence up to the point they willingly accepted Mao and it’s doctrine. So has happened in America, in Romania and maybe in many countries as well. When you show the population at TV only violent scenes, only aggressive movies, only what you want to be perceived as reality, the weak-minded humans will take your reality for their reality. They will become paranoid, they’ll grow more and more afraid of even getting out of their homes, they’ll fear different foods for being shown as cancer-inducing, they’ll fear their own government as plotting behind their back to do who knows what to them, they’ll even fear their own neighbor for being a Muslim. Isn’t that nice? Perfectly implemented, that is.
What do Romanians fear about? Well, to start with: emos, gays and transsexuals, Basescu, avian flu, the price of food, E-something chemicals, genetically modified organisms, Hungarians, gypsies, floods and drought, and to end with, ghosts and paranormal activities. Meanwhile, our politicians switch parties as they change their socks, they gamble with the nation’s wealth as they see fit, and no one is actually caring about that, as everyone is so fearful for their very existence they’d rather live a life of servitude than struggle for something better. Not once have I been given advice such as: “You mind your own life, your own path…Forget about the rest”. Since we live in a chaotic democracy, our options of doing something that would make a change are limited in the boundaries of the laws. Too bad…
